Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least two years of donor stewardship experience. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history required.

Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in interpreting and applying policies and procedures. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Ability to have a high attention to detail and work independently on multiple projects while communicating progress to stakeholders. Ability to work professionally and effectively with a diverse staff and constituencies.
The Stewardship and Scholarship coordinator ensures the development, implementation, and operation of a comprehensive stewardship program that strengthens long-term relationships with key stakeholders through donor-centric engagement that inspires future support as well as coordinating the awarding and processes for about 600 scholarship awards each year by reviewing and interpreting the legal endowed gift agreements to ensure compliance.
