Minimum and Additional Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and customer service experience. Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access. Banner experience preferred. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Employee should have extensive technical knowledge in order to manage computer operations as it relates to the specific position responsibilities. Understanding of University policy and professional standards are required, as well as strong oral and written communication skills. Must have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, administration, staff, students, parents, and the general public.
Serves as front desk receptionist and processes incoming mail. Assures that the AUDIX system has a proper message. Administers all transcript functions and supervises document scanning. Performs requested major changes, advisor changes, and application of advisors for new students. Coordinates record of Fine Arts Lectureship Series (FALS) events. Supervises office student workers and assures coverage of office area for service.
