High school diploma plus one (1) years of experience in support & troubleshooting of computer
equipment, office automation systems, installation of hardware and software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with hardware troubleshooting, malware eradication, strong familiarity with computer
imaging; Windows 8 and previous versions; experience maintaining computers in a Windows
domain environment.
The employee will work with imaging solutions, software installations, malware eradication, lab
deployment, hardware repairs, and other technical opportunities to learn. The employee must
have organizational skills, ability to work with others; must be able to multi-task while managing
a constant flow of computer preparation assignments under supervised and unsupervised
situations, and ability to make thorough notes; must have reliable transportation and have the
ability to lift 20 pounds above head level frequently.
