Requirements:

Prefer an associate's degree in computer science or related field and one year of related experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Requires a valid driver's license. Must be 18 years or older.

Job Description:

Receives and processes all CS & IT Service Desk (i.e. help desk) calls, e-mails and mail. Answers, resolves or redirects all phone calls into the CS & IT Service Desk. First line support for hardware problems. Maintain good relations with IT customers and IT staff individually and in general. Installs new software and software upgrades. Maintains database of computer equipment configurations, service, warranties and problem reports. Communicates with hardware/software vendors and the Pfizer Corporate IT support staff to resolve problems. Works with remote campuses including Licaps, MTC, the D.C. (each located in Greenwood)and Puebla, Mexico (Spanish not required) to resolve problems. Communicates with staff to keep them informed on reoccurring incidents and potential problems.

Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8 AM - 4.30 PM with 1 hour lunch. Some alternating holidays.
