Requirements:

?Tig and Mig weld milled steel, aluminnum, and stainless steel.
?Square up and weld various geometries of components.
?Understand various weld form symbols on blue prints and understand size of fillet forms.
?Weld both vertical and horizontal plane geometry.
?Understand various edge preps before welding.
?Good understanding of set up techniques.
?Meets agreed upon goals and objectives in a timely manner.
?Arrives to work, meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
?Ability to read and write to keep daily records
?Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and procedures
?Knowledge of record keeping systems
?Analytical and problem solving skills
?Report any required or preventative maintenance to supervisor/shop foreman

MUST HAVE OWN WELDING HELMET

Job Description:

Responsible for the set-up, lay-out, and tack-up of various precision frame weldments and
brackets.
Ability to tack up structures to tight tolerance.
Move parts on and off machinery and throughout the shop.
Read complicated prints and ?spec. weld symbols? in conjunction with manual machinist.
Deal with residents and members of the public in a courteous and respectful
manner.
May be called upon to operate other equipment or engage in activities as the Company
sees fit.
Expectations of our Wedlers are stringent and we required they act in a professional
manner at all times.

Schedule:
Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 6:45AM to 3:45PM
