This role is unique role established to help evaluate the scheduling and management of projects. This person will work closely with the Plant Manager and the Head of Engineering to gather data for analysis. This role will run for 18 to 24 months until evaluation is complete, then the candidate will roll into the estimation or scheduling team to follow the process that has been established.
? Evaluate and measure manufacturing functions
? Tabulate and organize data to support review
? Validation for the Plant management team
? Conduct financial cost analysis and estimation
? Develop recommendations for management based on the data analysis
? Utilize the system to help schedule projects
? Evaluate work orders (time study)
? Establish timelines and deadlines for projects based on analysis
? Coordinate across the organization to ensure materials support is in house for projects
? Develop standard evaluation procedures
