Associate?s degree plus two (2) years? directly related work experience; or a high school diploma plus four (4) years? directly related work experience.
Multi-skilled with a background in a variety of areas such as electrical, HVAC plumbing and mechanical type work; strong background in Commercial HVAC water source heating and cooling systems and electrical components such as HVAC controls and trouble-shooting motor controls, lighting systems and be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and schematics. Be proficient with water source heating and cooling HVAC systems. Working knowledge of Building Automation Systems, preferable Siemens.
To provide a variety of tasks at the Downtown Evans Center to support the maintenance of facilities and equipment owned by Spartanburg Community College. Complete a broad range of maintenance, renovation, and construction projects as assigned. Use maintenance management system to receive and complete all work orders.
