A valid Class "B" Commercial Driver's License (CDL). (NOTE): This position requires a valid Class "B" Commercial Driver's License. However, qualifed applicants without a Class "B" Commercial Driver's License will be considered if no qualified applicants with a Class "B" Commercial Driver's License are available.
A valid Class "B" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is required within six (6) months of placement in the position.
Trains in the erection and placement of signs and signposts, the repair of damaged signs and routine maintenance including straightening of signs and signposts. Assists in the placement of pavement markings including stop bars, arrows, crosswalks, and railroad crossings or thermoplastic according to state specifications. Trains to operate standard dump truck with snow plow attachment and sand spreader to remove snow and ice from highways and bridges. Performs other related job duties as requested or assigned by supervisor. Performs manual
labor including clearing debris from roadways, cutting trees from right-of-way and removing litter from right-of-way.
