A valid Class B Commercial Driver's License. (NOTE): This position requires a Commercial Driver's License. However, qualified applicants without a Commercial Driver's License will be considered if no qualified applicants with Commercial Driver's License are available.
Trains in the operation of AMZ Patching Machine in the repair of potholes and surface failures.Trains to operate a 5 yard dump truck in hauling material and equipment to job sites. Operates dump trucks with sand spreader and snow plow attached. Repairs potholes and base surface failures of roadway using hand tools including but not limited to shovel, pick, rake and asphalt lute to level asphalt as needed. Flags traffic during road repairs to control flow of traffic to
protect workers, general public and equipment. Performs manual labor necessary to hand clear right-of-ways, clean out drainage ditches, repair shoulders of roadway, patch potholes, pave drives, lay crossline/sideline pipe. Performs other related job duties as requested or assigned by supervisor.
