operations such as ditching and machining shoulders. Operates the ditching machine used in ditching operations. Operates pipe washer in cleaning driveway, cross line, and sideline pipes. Assumes Supervisor's duties and responsibilities during their absence. Sets up traffic control according to SCMUTCD standards to warn motorist of road work ahead. Operates tandem tenwheel dump truck, 5 to 10 yard standard dump truck, and flatbed truck for hauling materials including asphalt, limestone, dirt, soil, cement, pipe, construction materials and debris. Operates standard dump truck with snow plow attachment, sand spreader, and/or brine tanker to remove snow and ice from highways and bridges. Performs other related job duties as requested or assigned by supervisor.
