Requirements:

A high school diploma and four and one half (4.5) years of related trades experience; or an
approved acceptable equivalence in accordance with State Human Resources. Position requires
attainment of a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within six (6) months of placement
in the position.

Job Description:

Assists in new vehicle and equipment inspection , new equipment reports preparation, and issue
to custodians as may be required. Assists in check-in, evaluation, deactivation, and repair for
re-issue of turn-in-vehicles and equipment in accordance with pool equipment policies..
Prepares monthly usage reports. Insures preventative maintenance and condition of all pool
vehicles and equipment. Inspects and approves condition of returned vehicle pool vehicles and
equipment. Inspects and maintains fuel service station facility and grounds for OSHA and
SCDHEC regulation compliance and environmental reporting. Operates forklifts to load and
unload equipment as may be required. Assists with the auction sale and any other duties as
may be required.
