Video Training Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Convert supplied SOPs for designated Operations tasks as supplied by requestors into video training formats.

Transition supplied SOPs into video format through the supplied software program provided by Teknor Apex

Integrate supplied video clips and pictures into the software program and align to  correspond with the associated SOP training point.

The video training media will follow the chronological sequence of SOP task steps in a “how to” format.

Developer will learn the video library for the training media and save completed training tools in targeted folder.

Developer will create and verify link to media via a QR Code or designated methodology as indicated to ensure display to phone, tablet, or other target device.

The individual will be requested at times to update existing media to stay current with changes in operating practices.  In such cases, a new SOP, video clips, pictures, etc. will be supplied to modify the training media.

The individual will receive feedback from knowledgeable practitioners of the task and be expected to incorporate relevant enhancements accordingly.

The individual will seek adhoc feedback or will participate in group reviews to confirm effectiveness of the media for the target audience which is new individuals learning the task.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY 

Position has no responsibility or authority for the direction of others.  Position will be given work direction by designated individual(s).

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Demonstrated ability to integrate video, pictures, etc into presentation formats  

Creative ability to meld different media elements into cohesive communication format and effective training content. 

Must be able to work in a team environment, accept feedback on changes, and make adjustments as requested. 

Ability to work independently to complete work assignments . 

Must be able to understand and creatively solve technical development and delivery issues. 

The role requires high attention to detail and good organizational skills 

Produce a professional work product that is consistent
