Requirements:

 Basic Qualifications:

·       Eligible to work in the United States for an employer

·       Basic computer skills

·       Willing to work extended shift hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed.

·       Must wear various types of personal protective equipment (i.e. hard hat, eye protection, gloves,

        safety vests, etc.)

·       Willing to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time

·       Willing to work in a hot or cold, humid, and noisy industrial environment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       One to two years of industrial experience

Job Description:

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

·       Adhere to all plant safety/environmental guidelines, policies and procedures

·       Follow all safety rules and complete all paper work needed to do each job safely

·       Monitor and report issues with quality and the recovery in process

·       Change Saws and Side Head Knives

·       Perform shift prestart equipment inspections to ensure proper and safe equipment operation

·       Maintain the Saw Line in a safe and productive manner

·       Perform efficient and proper PMs, grease equipment and check gear boxes

·       Complete Operator Basic Care sheets daily and communicate needs to supervision.
