Wages/Salary: Level of pay is differentiated by an employee?s ability to work independently with minimum direction, to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner, and to produce work free of defects.
Job requires welding & fabricating of steel and aluminum so welding skills as required. Need to be proficient in MIG, TIG, stick and arch welding, a test will be given. Attention to detail is crucial. Must be able to read blueprints, be able to read a tape measure, have good mechanical aptitude, be able to pass a drug test and be able to lift 50 pounds without injury. Must be willing to work in a non-smoking environment, have good attendance and a good work ethic, and be available to work overtime as needed. Minimum 2 years experience in welding and fabrication field. You must be able to perform both duties equally. Also any CNC experience is a plus.
