Requirements:

This position requires an Associates Degree in Welding, or an Associates Degree with a concentration in welding, or a certificate in welding with 5 to 7 years experience as a welder. National Certification with NWS (National Welding Society) preferred.

Job Description:

This full time permanent faculty position will be responsible for instruction in the welding technology department to include courses covering oxy-fuel cutting and set up, blue print reading, safety, SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW. Along with these welding processes, the candidate will be required to teach students in classroom lecture and lab scenarios. The welding instructor duties will also include maintaining accurate expense reports, maintaining student records, and other activities as assigned.
