Outstanding Students Honored at Piedmont Tech Winter Commencement
At Piedmont Technical College’s recent winter commencement exercises, outstanding students from several of the college’s supporting counties were honored for academic achievement.
Edgefield County student Nery Hernandez, right, was honored for maintaining high academic success. She was recognized by PTC Area Commissioner Jane Herlong. Hernandez graduated Summa Cum Laude with an associate in appllied science, majoring in business administration with a concentration in management.
Greenwood County student Lisa Terry, left, was honored for maintaining high academic success. She was recognized by PTC Area Commissioner George Cone. Terry graduated Magna Cum Laude with an associate in applied science, majoring in general technology with a concentration in photography and advertising design.
Laurens County student Kristopher Knight, right, was honored for maintaining high academic success. He was recognized by PTC Area Commissioner Richard Cain. Knight graduated Magna Cum Laude with an associate in applied science, majoring in computer technology with a concentration in programming.
Newberry County student Donna Vincent, right, was honored for maintaining high academic success. She was recognized by PTC Area Commissioner George Piersol. Vincent graduated Cum Laude with an associate in applied science, majoring in business administration with a concentration in accounting.
Saluda County student Jennifer Bird, right, was honored for maintaining high academic success. She was recognized by PTC Area Commissioner Bill Whitfield. Bird graduated Magna Cum Laude with an associate in applied science, majoring in general technology with a concentration in surgical technology.
