Piedmont Technical College to Hold 4th Annual Skills and Crafts Show

Need to do some early holiday shopping? Why not purchase some creative and handmade crafts from local artisans. Piedmont Technical College’s Continuing Education Division will host the 2014 Foothills Skills & Crafts Show Saturday, Nov. 1, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. in the James Medford Family Event Center.

This is the fourth annual craft show and features over 50 crafters from the Southeast. Items available include hand-made jewelry, quilts, woodcarvings, candles, baked goods and many more. Lunch will be available from Bare Bonz BBQ.

“Piedmont Technical College is very excited to host these creative, artistic individuals and small businesses,” said Kassie Hall, event coordinator. “As a college, we appreciate the high quality craftsmanship and talent these vendors bring to our campus, for the benefit of the residents of our community.”
