Construction Employees needed for new Modular Fabrication Facility

A new manufacturing opportunity will bring 180 new jobs to Greenwood with a new modular construction operations center opening in July 2022.  

Impresa Modular is a residential home design, sales and development company -- Impresa Building System's 240,000-square-foot production facility will enable the company to increase operating capacity to meet the growing housing demand in the Southeast.

We are building an entire team to produce high-quality modular homes in our new Greenwood factory.
